Time slots available throughout the year. So if you fancy a break or a holiday when you need to get away from it all,
this cosy, chalet could be the answer.
An ideal retreat by the sea! Located just outside Mablethorpe town centre in Lincolnshire, a great
location and the accomodation is suitable for people of all ages, take the family away from it all!
The Chalet was externally refurbished during 2015, updated to the new modern colour scheme.
Accomodation on offer is a fair sized**, well equipped 2 Bedroom, 4 berth privately
owned Detached Chalet on "Tingdene" Mablethorpe Chalet and Caravan park.
In a beautiful spot in the park with a large grassed area to the front, it is only a couple
of minutes walk to the on site childrens play area(s) and amusements. The chalet is a 10
minute stroll to the famous Mablethorpe beach front and about 15 - 20 minutes walk from
Mablethorpe town centre, with plenty of arcades, places to eat and a good shopping area.
**May not be suitable for disabled people and those with wheel chairs

Eating out. The Chalet is self catering but that doesn't mean you have to spend all day in the kitchen.
You can have a break from the cooker and choose reasonably priced meals which are served in the Cedars Bar/Restaurant
The site also has an area with Self Service Laundry Facilities
Unlike many Holiday Parks this site is spacious with lots of areas for the children to play.

|We try to keep our Prices as reasonable as possible. Holidays at Mablethorpe Chalet and Caravan Park are Great Value, as unlike other UK Holiday Parks, there are no costly Passes needed, the Evening Entertainment* is also FREE|
Terms and Conditions of Hire
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made by a person over 21 years of age. Bookings for all Male or Female groups aged 25 or under years of age will only be accepted by special arrangement. Inappropriate or Unreasonable conduct will result with the person responsible for such behavior being asked to leave the chalet park. No refund will be given for lost time in this event. We retain the right to refuse any booking prior to the issue of written confirmation.
When we confirm availability, a deposit (non refundable) will be required for £60 (or the Total amount for short stay & weekend bookings) cheques / postal orders payable to Mr K J Torrey. Cash payments should be sent by Special Delivery post, (provides insurance up to £500). Should this method not be used, we will not be liable for any loss of payment.
When deposit is received a receipted invoice / confirmation will be emailed or posted showing the balance due. This must be paid at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. However, if your booking is made less than 4 weeks before your planned arrival date, the full holiday amount is required to be paid at the time of booking.
Reminders for payments will not be issued. If your payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the chalet. Please contact us by phone or email if the payment is not likely to reach us by this time.
During the last couple of years we have operated a policy for guests to collect the key from a key safe
attached to the chalet, the "pin" codes of these are periodically changed, ideally we need a
Minimum of 1 Weeks notice to process a booking and notify you of the current code.
Up on request and in special cases we can arrange to post a key by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The costs involved for doing this will be added to your hiring charge.
Royalmail Special Delivery - Next Day Before 1pm is £ 6.50,
Next Day Before 9am is £ 18.36, Saturday before 9am is £ 21.36
Changes to bookings.
If you need to change your confirmed booking and alternative dates are available, an administration fee of £20 will apply but only if the change is requested within 4 weeks of the original holiday commencement.
If you wish to cancel the booking you must inform us immediately in writing. It is recommended that all holidaymakers obtain their own travel & holiday insurance as no refunds are given. Subject to the above paragraph, if availability exists you'll be given the opportunity to move your holiday to other date(s) if the total holiday cost of the substitute booking is higher the difference must be paid by the hirer within 7 days.
Arriving and Departing
All weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights), unless otherwise agreed. When the holiday has been paid in full, you'll be sent details of how to find the chalet park and key safe code.
Very Important:- If you have requested to collect keys from the park reception, it is ESSENTIAL you take the Key-Card with you to the Chalet park, as you will need to exchange this for the chalet keys. For security reasons the park office operate a very strict policy relating to the issue of Keys and that is simply:- No Key Card – No Keys. By using this method
the keys will be available between 2pm & 5pm unless other arrangements have been made. Replacement key cards will not be provided. On departure day, please vacate the chalet by 10:30am at the latest and place the keys back in the key safe and make sure it is securely locked or if a key card was used return the keys to the office.
Note if any of the following occur:-
1) Keys obtained from key safe are Lost OR Not Safely Returned to the key safe OR Given to Reception*.
2) Keys obtained from reception with a key card are Lost or Not Returned to Reception.
The costs incurred to replace the Chalet Locks and duplicate keys with be deducted from your security deposit.
* For this scenario only the parks £9.60 "key handling" fee to handle our own keys will be deducted from your security deposit.
Up to 2 Small Dogs can be accepted in the chalet by special arrangement, however there is an additional charge of £3 per pet, per night. We do ask that pets are kept off the furniture & beds and are not left unattended in the chalet (this is also a Park Rule). Keep dogs on leads at all times on the chalet park and clean up any fouls. There are special disposal bins provided around the Park. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed on the chalet park at any time.
For the comfort and health of all our guests a Strict No Smoking Policy Applies to the whole chalet.
We provide Duvets, Pillows and Matress Covers. However Bed Linen is Not Provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers. The mattress covers are fitted to protect the beds and should Not be removed unless they require cleaning due to soiling. There is a Launderette on the park with washers and dryers, tokens are available from the site office.
The Chalet – General.
You agree to keep the property clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition as you found it upon your arrival. You agree to pay for any breakages or damage, caused by you, members of your party or pets. This applies to either the contents of, or structure of the chalet, which occurred during your holiday.
Circumstances beyond our control (Act of god) - Should the accommodation become unavailable, a full refund will be given. No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums will be payable in such circumstances. We will not accept any liability for alterations to the facilities on the park, or failure of local amenities to those advertised.
